The graduate possesses the basic knowledge and skills of creative problem-solving in transport, creation of innovations, skills of using modern engineering tools and communication such as computer networks, databases, Internet, using advanced computer-aided engineering techniques, computational methods, mathematical modeling and computer simulation of transport processes. Graduates are prepared for: problem solving in the range of an organization, planning, design of traffic control and management systems, organization, supervision and management of transport processes, leadership functions in organizational units of traffic engineering.
The graduate has basic knowledge and skills in designing, implementing, maintaining and administering computer networks of transport and forwarding companies, as well as management information systems in distributed environments, designing, implementing, maintaining and administering database systems and data warehouses, especially in networked environments.
